Top 5 Presentations @ Convergence 2012 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

We were down at Convergence 2012 (#CONV2012) this past week in Houston, Texas. The conference focuses on both the CRM and ERP solutions that Microsoft delivers to market and it was the largest Convergence conference ever with over 10,000 participants!

This conference is great for connecting with people and I want to start off by thanking all of our customers that came to the Zero2Ten reception and to our valued partners who are always great to connect with and were very gracious hosts each night.

Keynote – General Colin Powell

General Powell gave an inspiring speech on Leadership, the state of the Nation and the World and some terrific stories on his time as the General and Secretary of State. So this one didn't cover CRM specifically but it was great to hear him talk about everything from his Corvette and speeding tickets to having one on one negotiations with Gorbachev. Doug Kennedy and General Powell had an interesting exchange and Q&A with the audience. In summary, I can see why so many people see him as a logical candidate to run the Country.
