Familiarity equals ease of use and Dynamics 365 delivers just that. Integration of the many systems used in an organization plays a key role in how easy a CRM software system is to use. For example, having the ability to launch something as simple as an email and have CRM right there in that same application makes for easier and quicker use of time and energy. Salesforce cannot deliver that, users would have to log into their machines and then log in to Salesforce.com making data synchronization impossible.
