RLI is a speciality property and casualty insurance and surety bond company with operations in all 50 states. In order to increase the number of quality meetings and decrease Field Sales prep time, RLI partnered with Fullscope, an Alithya company, to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Fundamentally, RLI was looking for a solution that would provide their team in the field more information about their agencies so they would have a 360 degree view of their relationship. In the day-to-day life of their sales team, they needed the ability to efficiently route to agencies, prepare for meetings, capture feedback, and then disseminate the information. With the help of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Fullscope, they now have the solution they were searching for.
RLI can also now provide their sales team with automated processes - meaning more free time. Due to data living in various places, there was previously a lack of consistency in data presented. With sales people on the road and in the field, getting information to the home office about market changes or particular changes within an agency was not an efficient process.
