Microsoft provides unlimited, break-fix technical support (error message, system doesn't perform as it should) as a part of your subscription. To engage with Microsoft directly for Technical Support:
- Login to your CRM system, go to the Resource Center.
- Navigate to Highlights.
- Under Support, click Technical Support Request.
- Answer all prompts about the type of issue you are having.
- A Microsoft Support Engineer will be assigned to your case and help you through resolution.
- If appropriate, Zero2Ten can escalate your ticket for resolution. We will be kept in the loop on your email correspondence and ticket status if you have made Zero2Ten your Partner of Record.
