The service currently supports over 500 customers and connects to customers where they seek support, which can help enhance the impact of current marketing and sales conversations with the customer.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers can potentially benefit from the use of this service by taking advantage of Parature's built-in workflows. Additionally, the recent improvements in user interface and Unified Service Desk, including intuitive scripting, reduced key strokes, screen layout and active fields, helps users handle back-end and more complex integrations.
According to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for the CRM Customer Engagement Center, Microsoft is in the Leaders category.
